ZiWeiLab provides Purple Star Astrology reports, personality cards and reflective AI conversations. This policy explains what information the website and mobile app use.
Information you provide
- Account email address and a securely hashed password.
- Birth details entered to create a chart or report.
- Questions and conversation history you choose to send to ZiWei AI.
- Payment and subscription identifiers returned by the payment provider. ZiWeiLab does not store your full card number.
How information is used
We use this information to generate requested content, maintain your account and entitlements, prevent abuse, provide support, process subscriptions and improve reliability. AI requests receive derived chart facts and the conversation context needed to answer; the app is designed not to send an exact birth date, recorded birth time or street address in ordinary AI chat requests.
Storage and retention
Account, report and operational records are stored on ZiWeiLab's server. Mobile sign-in tokens are stored in the iOS Keychain or Android Keystore-backed storage. Chat history can be deleted from the account panel. When an account is deleted, sign-in identity and private account content are removed; limited payment and transaction records may be retained where required for accounting, fraud prevention, disputes or legal obligations.
Service providers
ZiWeiLab uses payment, hosting, email and AI model providers only to operate the requested service. Those providers process data under their own security and privacy terms.
Your choices
You can delete individual AI conversations, clear all chat history, cancel a renewing membership, or permanently delete your account from the mobile account panel. Account deletion first stops an active renewing subscription so that future charges do not continue.
